Many have lost HOPE in the area of finances. We recognize that finances are the number one cause of divorce in the United States. Furthermore, financial tension is at the root of many unhealthy patterns in our lives. However, this doesn't have to be your story, and we want to offer Financial Peace University classes as a tool to help you! CLICK HERE to register!
Financial Peace University is impacting the lives of Epic Church members! Check out Mike and Keagon's story. . .
"When it all boils down, a budget is basically just a plan for your money. Budgeting means you’re spending with purpose before the month begins. But many people view a budget as a straitjacket that will keep them from doing what they want.
But that couldn’t be further from the truth! A budget doesn’t limit your freedom, it gives you freedom! It’s really all about being intentional with where your money goes." ~daveramsey.com
The Emergency Fund
"Wouldn’t it feel great to have a buffer between you and the curveballs life throws at you—a cushion that helps you sleep soundly at night because it turns a major life crisis into just a slight inconvenience?" ~daveramsey.com
Your story will change!
"More than 1.5 million families have seen their lives radically changed through FPU. On average, families that complete the course pay off $5,300 in debt and save $2,700 in just the first 90 days. Not only that, but members who continue doing the budget as Dave teaches are able to pay off 23% more debt and save 21% more money on average than those who don't. That's huge!"
Classes will be open to the community. In conjunction with our classes, we will be focusing on these principles as a church, so children in Epic Adventure and those participating in Epic Student Ministry will have the opportunity to learn along with their families.
Sign ups begin July 29, 2018, and classes will begin September 23, 2018.
Classes will be offered both at Epic church and other locations in the South Bend/Mishawaka area.
According to Dave Ramsey, "There are a lot of incredible things that happen when you learn to manage your money instead of letting the lack of it manage you." Click here to learn more about the goals of Financial Peace.
