Transitional Leadership Team
A transitional Leadership team (TLT) is comprised of 3-5 experienced pastors/leaders. Its task is to provide accountability and wisdom for the pastor, maintain the integrity of the church, provide expertise in church development, and help the new church prepare for indigenous leadership.
